- “What are the things that you look for from your athletes?”
Dania Ghrawi
“I need my athletes to be dedicated, if they show up every practice and give it their all then we can succeed. Practice makes progress and we can work together to have a great season.”
Fawzia Ikra
- “Can you describe what a typical practice looks like for your teams?”
Dania Ghrawi
“We typically bowl two games which is a total of 10 frames. Sometimes to make it competitive, I put the girls on teams to go against each other. Sometimes I have them do a pushup for every gutter or jumping jacks. It puts pressure on the girls but in a fun way.”

- “What approach do you take when your team is struggling?”
Dania Ghrawi
“I try to just talk to them, 90% of the game is mental. If they get frustrated and get too into their heads, they will continue to make mistakes. They just need to take a breath and remember that they have more frames ahead and they can turn it around.”
