As the leaves begin to fall and the weather gets chillier, William Cullen Bryant High School begins the new school year with a warm welcome to its former and new students. Blue and gold surrounds the spacious gym, where students share a love for music, food, and drinks by dancing and laughing. Loads of conversation, overpowering the music playing in the background with a surprise guest, the Owl Mascot!
Overall, it was a lot of fun for everyone, and it was intriguing to meet Bryant’s new faces. The festival was made more enjoyable by the delicious refreshments that gave everyone a strong start to the fun. The music brought out great joy in everyone and it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. The exchanges we witnessed brought us great joy since they reflected Bryant as a community.
We got a chance to ask AP Mason how did the students react to Bryant hosting a Fall Festival, she said, “Bryant students love events. The Fall Festival is one of the events that kicks off the student events season.” We then wondered who started it all, “… it is led by our Coordinator of Student Activities, Ms. Sepulveda.”.
It’s safe to say that Bryant’s Fall year got off to a successful start!
