Mr. Marvin Villalba has been the boys’ soccer team’s coach for the past three seasons.
Every season, he wants the team to be on the same page and develop a sense of camaraderie. Since each member of the team contributes something unique, he thinks that everyone’s opinion should be heard. One thing Villalba wants to implement is injury prevention exercises and endurance training so that players have more flexibility and stamina during games.
A goal that Villalba has every year is for his players to participate in senior showcase games so it brings them exposure to college scouts. So far for the Owls soccer team their biggest achievement has been going undefeated the whole season with 9 wins, zero loses and 1 draw.
