This year’s prom was at the Swan Club on The Harbor at Roslyn, New York. The venue had a beautiful view which was perfect for students to take pictures to capture these memories. It had a huge bridge with water around it and a lot of plants that made it look fancy. Students could be picked up by the bus at school, where the bus will drop them off there. The prom started at 6 pm and ended at midnight. 

There were appetizers being served when students arrived and drinks such as piña colada and shirley temple. Students could only stay outside for 1 hour, then after we all had to go back in. Then the dancing started with loud music, they played bachata, pop music, rap and more. Drinks were still being served inside, with  two photo booths right next to it. After hours of dancing, the students were finally able to eat where the tables were called one by one. The food served was as a buffet where there was chicken, empanadas, fruits, and many more for students. 

When the students were dancing, a surprise robot and two tall ladies in heels showed up to add on to the fun. They were blasting smoke and water through a plastic gun, and they danced with the students. 

After eating, they then announced best dressed, prom queen and king, and more. When those were given out, after about 30 minutes, they gave away goodies that contained a tiny Bryant speaker in black paper bag that said “Prom” on it. They also served small desserts towards the end. We all had a great time to celebrate senior year and ready to take the next step to graduate, and it was for sure a night to remember.
