With the newly instituted LiveSchool system for students, there are bound to be some questions that arise. The LiveSchool was created to provide positive reinforcements. It was created as an initiative for students to become more involved with their school community. We asked some of the teachers who were apart of running this program, Ms.Hogan & Ms.Mora, some questions. Here’s a look at them:
Question: How did this idea come into place?
Answer: There was a need for a positive reinforcement system to help motivate students work towards attainable goals.
Q: How can students track their points?
A: Students can track their points by going on to the website and checking their balance.
Q: Will the rewards stay the same or will they change?
A: Rewards are subject to change in the future.
Q: For the rewards, is there any room for student input?
A: Yes, student input is welcomed and can be provided in room 355.
Q: What does a Special Lunch mean?
A: Special lunch means a catered (outside) lunch provided by the school.
Q: How do teachers give points?
A: Teachers log in to the website and give out points based on students academic progress and behavior.
Q: Is it only restricted to a student’s teachers that they have now, or can any teacher give out points?
A: Any teacher is able to give out points to any student.
